"My wife stared bleeding around 8:30 pm Thursday night , I was freaking out with her being pregnant with my 2 identical twin boys so I rushed her to this hospital and in 10 minutes we where seen by a dr some real good nurses , they took ultrasounds blood work etc thank GOD my baby boys our good she just had a hemorrhage from a fibroid that we thought was taken out when she had fibroid surgery . This was the scariest thing I have ever been in my life and they calmed me down real quick with how they treated her . Thanks y’all for being so great to her"

"Tanya from L&D postpartum was absolutely amazing. Everyone on that floor is pretty amazing with the exception of Jana the charge nurse. I'm not even sure how she got that title, but she made my last day and a half a nightmare to the point that I ended up leaving early. She's extremely rude, unprofessional, has no compassion, and even sent John (the freaking maintenance guy) in my room three times while I was either undressed or in the shower about my small door decorations. Not one time did she actually ask how I was doing or come to my room for something relevant to the reason I was actually there. The third floor would be so much better without her presence. No new mama deserves the kind of treatment she gives."

"I had a blood clot and went to the ER here because of pain. The ER staff was great and got it identified pretty rapidly. Ultimately I got admitted and had 1 ct scan with contrast and two ultrasounds. After getting blood thinners and understanding I would need surgery I was ready to go because the surgeon was on vacation so no point in laying there but there was countless hours of the course of 3 days where I was just watching TV asking when I could be released. Nothing else was done and finally I was discharged. FYI that visit charged my insurance 55k just to give you a ballpark of how much they padded that bill. So I go back to have my surgery Oct 18th 2023 with my surgeon who is also great but is unable to finish removing the clot at this facility because they must have had a bad batch of catheters and also the ultrasound machine had failed. Rescheduled to finish and AFTER I'm prepped, everyone comes to tell me that they lost power and and there's too much humidity in the OR so we have to reschedule. The thing that socks after all that is that they still found a way to say I owed them over 1k. Come on now you put through an unnecessary second surgery where I stopped breathing by the way and still made me pay that 1k after you really didn't provide that great a standard of care. Pretty crap if you ask me but this is Healthcare these days. Beware if you go here, some of the people are nice but the facility is obviously lacking."

"I recently gave birth to my son at Medical City Lewisville. The experience exceeded my expectations!! Five starts are not enough to rate the staff and the hospital. The nurses are amazing. They treated me and my family with so much respect. They were always attentive and made me feel safe and calm. All the staff was wonderful but I want to shout out Nurse Sui! Nurse Sui does her job with passion and love. She was there for me during labor but it didn't feel like she was just working her shift, she was super sweet and very professional, she was monitoring me and the baby frequently, she was making sure I was comfortable, she explained me everything with patience and step by step, and much more. There are no words to express my gratitude to Nurse Sui. My delivery experience was beautiful and amazing because of her!! Thank you!"

"Just had my baby boy and I can’t thank the nurses at labor and delivery and postpartum floor enough! All very sweet, beautiful, and just made my stay there so welcoming! Especially the lactation consultants so patient and understanding. Loved Paula so much. Very blessed to be there and taken care of by those beautiful ladies. If we decide to have another one we will definitely be back!"
