They were so helpful, answered all our questions, and made sure we got something that accommodates for my son's needs even though he isn't your typical grill master. I wish I could post a picture of his set up so everyone could see how the grill guys rocked it! And seriously, their customer service is the best. 10/10 we WILL DEFINITELY be going back!"
"I went into the store in late September 2021 and asked if they would service a grill I purchased elsewhere. Larry took down my name and number and said someone would call me. No one called after more than a week so I called. Larry assured me someone would call me. Another 5 days passed and I called again. He said he was embarrassed that no one called back so he referred me to someone outside of his company who thankfully gave me good advice with suggesting a particular part. Larry said he would get the part for me so I arranged my schedule around picking up the part. He originally said it would be here on a Thursday, it wasn't, then he promised bring it to me on Friday morning. Once again, his guys didn't get it in time for him to bring it out Friday. Now he is offended that I assumed he was still going to bring out the part saying that I'm acting entitled. I have news for you Larry, I wanted you to bring it out because I don't trust you have the correct part, due to your inability to promptly return phone calls and follow through on your word."
