"Room was old, dated and dirty. The sliding glass door to go out to the patio was fogged from the inside of the panes and full of fingers. It hasn't been cleaned in a while."
"Nice hotel in a good location. The breakfast is very small and exhaustive. If you like to eat in the morning, this is not exactly the place. On the day I stayed there was no one to serve (there was but they couldn't find him for more than 15 minutes). The receptionist helped to get a cup of coffee."
"I have stayed here serval times over the past 5 years. The room is always clean. The bed is very comfortable. The room temperature is easy to control. The hotel is located in walking distance to some great eateries. My favorite is the PintHouse. Best pizza in town. Easy access off and on freeway. I will continue to stay here when I travel to Austin"
"titanium member here,…… The only thing good here is the location. I have been staying at this hotel off and on for the last several years and one thing I can attest to is this, it has gone downhill, 100%! Why? Here’s some examples.; Yesterday morning I stood at the bistro counter for several minutes, the person never showed up so I had to leave. And just tonight I stood back down at the bistro counter again, while I watched the bistro hostess on her phone on FaceTime and live streaming live with some group of people. Completely unprofessional, Zero situational awareness, and to be honest with you at this point I’m over this hotel. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone nor will I stay here again. They have lost my business forever… also, I am curious and concerned with the amount of mold around here. The emergency exits are littered with used air-conditioning units, and I’m just over the laziness that goes on at this hotel. (Austin Marriott North is a better hotel and that’s what I recommend, it’s literally another 6 to 10 minutes down the road)"
"I never understand why a huge Marriott establishment would not leave coffee complimentary in the lobby….. when I asked for a small cup they said you have to buy their Starbucks brand or use the coffee in the room which I’ve already used. The rooms are showing their age, decent comfortable hotel, but no free breakfast and definitely not gonna give you any complementary coffee, even if you ask politely ….."
