We are pet-friendly with a pet wash and fenced-in pet walk area. "This was the closest site to a friend we visited in SW Houston. The park mainly has older permanent RV's. Staff was friendly, nice, and they allowed our Rottweiler. Gated park right off HWY 6. If you have an issue with older units around you then you might want to pass, but for us it was Safety first, and friendly people."

"After a long day of driving I needed an overnight rest. Owners were helpful and kind, got me set up in a drive through spot. The neighbors were friendly and the park was quiet. I slept very well! Highly recommend this park, easy access off Hwy 6 and great experience."
"Office management is always helpful and friendly. Grounds and maintenance manager is very helpful with RV advice and always keeps busy taking care of things around the park. Getting mail and packages is very easy and convenient. Feels safe with the closed gate at night. Speed zone signs are clearly posted for safety of dog walking and children playing. Have been here for almost 3 years now and the park has maintained a very friendly welcoming environment."
