We got it on such short notice literally the day of and they were ready and happy to assist.. they were here fast and set it up with the kids in consideration since there was an ant pile that we had completely missed but they noticed and covered up! "Great experience with my first time renting inflatables. They are very straightforward, accommodating and quick to respond. I also appreciate how thorough they are in making sure the inflatable is clean and sanitary; they realized the waterslide was muddy from the previous use and made sure it was completely clean and ready for our event (I had changed the order request last minute).
