ALSO THEY WILL INCREASE YOUR BILLS AND WILL NOT PROVIDE YOU WITH WHAT YOU ARE PAYING FOR, STARTED RENTING HERE FOR 2000k MY RENT UP WENT UP TO ALMOST 3000K… DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WILL TAKE AWAY YOUR MONEY AND NOT GIVE YOU THE BILLS YOU ARE PAYING FOR THEY WILL JUST PROVIDE YOU WITH A BREAKDOWN BUT NO PROOF OF HOW MUCH EVERYTHING IS!!! GLAD I MOVED OUT."

"Horrible! Houses have mice which you have to take care of yourself because pest control sucks. Ant infested poorly built homes. At first it was great but then we started noticing all the issues. Once the lease was up the refund was a disaster no one in the leasing office ever knew what was going on still missing $230 from the refund I was owed. The water/sewer bill was billed late and we’re stuck paying 2 months behind. I will post pictures of the mice and ants. Have contacted corporate to speak with Rachel and no calls. Moved out July still waiting! If you live at 19519 Pradera home be ready come winter the mice will be out. Not to mention all the crickets"

"I've been here 7 months. Hector, the leasing agent, is friendly, personable, responsible, professional, kind-hearted, and customer service-oriented. He is awesome. I love the house I live in. Unfortunately, the new management is hardcore, insensitive, cold-hearted, mean spirited, and much like a bully. Pradera could place someone in management who has the pulse of its tenants at heart. I know this community would thrive having Hector as the manager. Or at the least make sure the manager goes through extensive customer service training."

"I really loved the place but the customer services here is not good at all. When I first tried to get a tour no call back after leaving a message drove up there sales person said he would send me information by email never received. Called to get information on how to apply and just applied online. With no knowledge of which place to apply for. Applied only to get denied due to credit well if I had good credit I would be buying at this price not renting! I have great rental history been at the same place for years and a great paying job. But they use a company which has a lot of complaints on and you can not even get anyone to return your calls to at least explain and maybe consider another route or something. But I get nothing.. I usually do not write reviews but this one took me there. As nice as these homes are they would have better customer service for families"
