"Love this place. Took my 6 mo old puppy (63 lbs) and not socialized yet and he loved them. Been there twice and he loves it. Great job and his long hair and he always gets a scarf when he is done. He looks very cute and smells really good."

"Excellent! Up front with their pricing and even give discounts when they feel they've taken too long. They work with you on EXACTLY what you want done with your dog. No overcharging on basic grooms for specific breeds. They call you the entire way through if there is an issue. They smell great when you pick them up and aren't skittish. These girls are awesome, y'all. Did last minute fixes that I asked for, bought fragrance, tipped AND didn't cost me an arm & leg. Dogs were super happy too."

"We've used the Dog Shop twice but unfortunately both experiences were beyond traumatic for our dog. We have a miniature poodle mix and the first grooming he received was a year ago and was very traumatic to all of us (his fur was cut too short, to his skin, and he had cuts all over his body. He was so traumatized, he barely moved for days). After 1 year, this past weekend, we decided to give the dog shop another shop and they were kind enough to give us a store credit however his haircut was again super short, even though we explained multiple times and only chose to have his private parts shaved. Our dog can barely move now, 5 days after the grooming, he is very uncomfortable, all the shaved areas are very itchy, he is not even eating well. We never had a bad grooming experience from other shops, so we're very disappointed at the quality of the grooming being performed there."
