"This company isn't about Honesty or Customer satisfaction as they claim to be. They start off really nice and once you bring up their errors [which the rep admitted doing] they start their lies. Been waiting for a refund since February 19th 2024 that was " placed in the mail that same day", however as of today March 6th 2024 it still hasn't arrived. I've already placed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Good luck to the rest of you who still plan on hiring this company. ****regarding the owners response***** What was posted is not true... Again more lies..... Per their Rep who did the contract, she admitted her error!! Hence why I don't want your reps or company at my house!!! I have all the text messages that she sent me.... Proof of the lies"
