"I was in the store for approximately 30-45 minutes shopping for an office chair. Not one person approached me to offer help. I chose what I wanted, took a pic & proceeded to check out. After a few minutes, cashier advised it was not available. I asked if it was available in another store...she said no. I came home, logged onto my computer, found the same exact chair in a color I preferred at another location. I ordered it & will be delivered in two days. Very poor service at this location"

"Everyone here is great however the only one that always has an attitude and is always on her phone is the rep Monika if she doesn’t like doing her job maybe simply move elsewhere. She is always giving attitude to every customer and always complaining publicly about something going on there. Just a reminder this is your job and customer service should be a skill you should possess if you are working with people just a little tip. Do better."
