"Went in to get lock fixed on 14 k rollo chain I got my son and they insisted I left and not wait in the store. When I came back gave me a totally different chain . Looked different, but I had purchased about 10 years ago . Brought home and my son told me it wasn’t his chain . He can’t even put the charm back on it . Don’t trust them. Who knows if the one I got is even real gold . Looking for receipt to go make my claim . Don’t trust them ."
