"I have been in the store more than once to look for bras for my triple ddd+ size breasts, I sense that because I'm not plus size that the sales associates never ask if I need help, they never say hello or even acknowledge me. I went to the counter where three workers stood talking and asked for assistance and one explained that they rarely carry anything smaller than a 38 band in the store (needing 36) but she quickly looked and went back to the counter with the other women. This store doesn't feel welcoming as someone who isn't the traditional customer here, but my bras could easily be purchased if the store was willing to help me. Always disappointed to enter this store with the same vibe EVERY SINGLE TIME."

"I've never been in this store & was already nervous because it's hard for me to find clothes I love on my body, as soon as I walked in there were 3 employees at the counter & not one approached to offer any assistance I had to ask. Probably won't be back because of this experience. I was actually really excited to try somewhere new. Also their prices are outrageous I got 3 things and spent $104 one piece being earrings."
"About 5:30 they close at 6:00 and it is 6:20 I did not feel rushed by any of the associates they were very helpful and patient with me Lauren greeted me when I first came in and work with me throughout the process of my purchase Latonya is a new employee and she was willing to help me out with online purchase if she didn't know something she went to Lauren and Lauren was eager to help her. Tamey the store manager was so nice to allow me to go ahead and get the price of the 60% off of clearance if you need really good customer service come and see these ladies"
