"Party city has gloves that allow you to use your touchscreen and their tasteful they have black ones dark blue ones and they have and male/female. They also have plenty of jackets. They have regular and all the way up to 4X sizes! I found a plethora of everything you need."

"I wont be back. I had lost a mylar helium balloon that blew away Fri. night. Website says open til 9 p.m., I arrived 8 pm. they closed at 6pm. Came back at 8 a.m. Sat (day of party) when they opened, the register was down and wont be fixed til 9 a.m. so clerk first initial "M" refused to help me or take my cash for a $3 balloon, saying she would be fired. I left upset. Got to car, decided to try ordering online, my idea, not hers. (if she really wanted to help, she would have suggested that option). She said yes she would help me if I order online but when I showed my order# and receipt she refused to help saying her order hasnt printed yet. I kept showing my receipt but that wasnt good enough she wanted to see the email instead, which did not come through timely, and I was late for party. I told her I paid $3.53 and pointed to the balloon I wanted. she said that's not right the "numbers are $14". she wanted to sell me the wrong balloon. I had been pointing to the $3 balloon and I said it has a price tag on it right there on the wall for $3.00. She kept calling me honey, but I am old enough to be her parent. so not appropriate. Nightmare experience. why open your store if you cannot sell any product? website has wrong hours. Clerk, first initial "M." not helpful. Mgr J. has crippled her staff. Horrible customer service. "M." attitude was so unhelpful and making it so difficult. this store will not last with that kind of poor customer service. I will not shop this store again. Not worth the hassle."
