"I wanted to buy an oral b electric toothbrush, behind a plexiglass partition. I repressed the “request for assistance “ button several times, but no one came over to help. An employee passed by to do something else and I flagged her down. She informed me that “ we know you need assistance opening the plexiglass but we could not find the key”. This type of service is infuriating. They knew someone was in need of their assistance and failed to at least approach the customer. At that point I realized I could just easily order the toothbrush on Amazon with next day delivery being offered."
"I cannot believe that at 830pm, there's not one single soul in the store that is capable of unlocking a cabinet. I'm even more blown away that the flashlights, of all things, are locked behind said cabinet. After waiting 45 minutes, walking to customer service not once, but twice, and nobody showing up... I gave up. I'll spend my money elsewhere. For good."
