Person working there ,spent 10 minutes talking to an employee, who was off ,about his schedule..Then helped 2 other people ,ahead of me, that walked up with watch in hand . I was there to replace a band that broke after only having the watch for 2 months ..Poorly made product ,and terrible service. I'll never buy another watch from this company again ."
