"Since there was no carpet, the soundproofing was very poor. The sound of people walking upstairs was very noisy. I asked the receptionist to change rooms because they didn’t want me to change rooms. I suspected he was cheating on me because there was no free room. However, I have to stay here for another month. There are many cockroaches in the room. If I could, I wouldn’t give it one star."

"I’ve stayed here for almost a month, I’ve really enjoyed my stay. The location while in a pretty business central location, has another hotel next to it that caters to a very edgy type crowd. The staff are super friendly and helpful, special shout out to Valerey, Tiffeni, and Nikki. They are very courteous and polite, and will take of your needs. With that said, a little bit of manners will take you a long way, don’t be a karen and you’ll definitely enjoy your stay more. If you have any concerns, suggest to the staff a way to make it right, if it’s in their power it will be taken care of."
