"I went to the forest lane location. Technician destiny was awesome. The lady I first tried to check in with at the front desk was extremely rude and made me feel so uncomfortable. People who are going in there are usually sick and it’s not a good experience when we are made to feel not welcomed. I was scowled at and told to sit down when I tried to check in. No one was in line at the front desk. Confused I sat down until I saw someone else walk in and go up to the counter to check in. I got up and went to the other lady at the counter and she was accommodating. Just really turned off by the first woman at the desk. I never leave these reviews but felt so strongly about how I was treated at check in. I also wanted to praise my technician, Destiny because she was awesome and almost made me forget about what happened at check in."
"I have gone to Touchstone imaging for many years. Everyone throughout the years has always been nice to work with. Ease of making appointments, instructions beforehand, and not having to wait a long time to get in and out. I would highly recommend."
"Scheduled for a routine mammogram, get to the site and was informed "we are out of network with your insurance, it'll be $235" this after speaking to multiple people in their business office to provide my insurance information, make sure it was accepted and any out pocket costs. Not one single person informed me my insurance was not accepted, mind you all call I made were 4 days before the actual appt!! All I received from them is we are sorry a supervisor will call you within 1 hour, still no call after 2 and a half hours. Thanks!"
