"The experience was fine, but their billing office needs to get their act together. My insurance even called them to make them correct the issues, and I continue to get emails and texts that I owe even more than they told me when I checked in. And! I paid, IN FULL, what the told me to at check in. Very frustrating. Who has time to spend fighting bills that should have already been resolved months ago? Update: now they’ve sent my bill to collections. Even though my insurance told them they just need to change the billing code. I will never get an image taken at this location again."

"Inaccurate Quote! Scheduling run my insurance and confirmed the cost for my procedure to be less than $200. When I had to reschedule my initial appointment time, this cost was re-confirmed. When I arrived to my appointment, the "damages" (as the friendly lady, Ms. Taira Jefferson, behind the counter called it) jumped up to $446. She was not able to explain what had caused the difference. So I asked for the office manager to call me the following day. Which never happened. It was a huge waste of time. I felt as if I had been lured into the office under false pretenses (low cost). An 'easy' payment plan was quickly provided. I declined and left the office. This incident was not handled well!"

"If I could leave negative stars, I would. This is the worst experience I have ever had. I couldn’t even get the MRI. The initial interaction with the Asian man you see in the picture was the worst experience I have ever had. He had a nasty attitude even when I called to try to get clarity on where the building was located. He was dry and very short in conversation, and it was clear that he didn’t want to be at the office. When I approached a window, he pretended not to see me, so I just stood there. When he finally did decide to speak to me, he snatched the window open, gave me a clipboard, and told me to fill out the information. There was no clarity or concern about whether I had questions or not. He proceeded to slam the window shut after. While completing my paperwork, I realized I had a question for him, and I had to say excuse me six times before he looked up from his computer to answer me. When I asked him about the co-pay and the deductible, he said I don’t know what you’re talking about. He said give me the paper because I don’t see what you’re talking about. When I asked him if he knew what form I was referring to, he said no, as if it was his first day working there. When I asked him does he see on his screen what he prints out and gives to the patient, he told me no, I would have to provide him with the paper even though I told him several times on the phone that I was disabled I would have to give him the form so he knows what I’m referring to. His tone was so nasty and ugly even during the process of speaking with him I became overwhelmed and decided to cancel my appointment and requested the manager. I had to have an entire conversation with him about wanting to request a manager at first he didn’t even want to tell me the managers name and then he proceeded to ask me why I would want the manager and when I told him to please just allow me to speak to the manager he told me that I would have to wait until she comes back on Monday because he’s not allowed to contact the manager on the weekends. I told him that was OK and I would just wait until Monday to speak to the manager. He continue to question me on what reason I had to want speak to the manager I had to evade his question four times before he finally decided to let it go. When I told him I would like to just continue my appointment once I have spoke to the manager he said OK he slam down the clipboard on the counter and then he slam the glass window while I walked out. If you do not want to be treated like trash when you walk into this office I suggest you go elsewhere. I will definitely be letting Amazon Crossover clinics know how this place treats their customers. As the office that Amazon reaches out to; I know personally that this is not how Amazon feels about their employees or their customers, and they do not uphold the standards that Amazon does."
