"I find it very unprofessional for a staff to call me multiple times and state “IS THIS WILSON” and when I ask why you are calling me by my last name, they state “that’s how we address patients”. That needs to be changed ASAP- it’s Poor communication skills!! I’d never receive care from a facility who can’t address me appropriately."

"Worse test I have ever had. Mike was only one when ready to do MRI. Instead of gown I was given a shirt and scrubs ( from stack- told looks like they will fit). He had difficulty getting blood for test. When I requested another person was told he was only one there. He finally went out - called doctor who told him to give me other options - 1 try again to get blood - 2 reschedule ( and I had already drank contact ingredient) 3 just forget part of test and do remainder. Elected to allow another stick - was able to get blood. THEN Mike had to go do test as he was only one !! Came back and finished test!!! When I started to get up was light headed and said wow not going to walk at that minute. Instead of telling me to sit back down - offered to get me water or anything I was told “ you know where your clothes are - right? Have a good rest of your day”. I stood by MRi slide for little until I felt I could safely walk. Got my clothes on and left!! NEVER would I recommend anyone to use this facility!!!!!"

"staff is pleasant but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get her in to her appt. We had an 11 am appt and she got it at 12.38 pm. they are slow as molasses in January. Hopefully they know what the hell they are doing. My sister was in great discomfort and lots of pain waiting in the room.. The snacks and sodas in waiting room were a nice touch but didn't make up for the extreme wait. I was VERY disappointed in this office. we just left the office because the technician couldn't hit a vein. I've been a nurse for 42 years yrs. I DONT miss. come get me next time. He Was inexperienced. we waited 1 hr and 38 minutes for nothing and my sister in serious pain"

"Extremely disappointed with how this office handles billing. I continue to call asking to be sent a statement, (I had my scan in august) and have yet to receive it. They continue to take my money but are unable to show me what I’m paying for. I paid off my balance and received an email again this morning that they were automatically charging me. The front office staff has no information on billing, and when you get transferred to billing they act as if they have no understanding of what’s going on. Their patient portal says you can gain access online, but they can’t even give me my account number to sign into the platform. I will not be returning here and will be contacting my insurance company to inquire about possible insurance fraud."

"Everyone was super nice and loved the amenities during my visit. Was very disappointed that nothing happened because they didn't bother confirming my size prior to the MRI appointment and their older machine only allows for normal sized and smaller humans and I'm very large at 6'4. Should have confirmed and it would have saved an hour wasted of my time and theirs."
