"First time here, terrible experience. I came for a small vape and when I inquired the price of a large rig the gentleman could not be bothered, asked if they offer any deposit system so I can put it on layaway and his response was “idk I’ll ask but they never respond” I also asked if I could come back at later time and maybe they’d have a price and his response was “I don’t want to call and you’re not even gonna buy it” I truly couldn’t believe it as I own a couple of good pieces and it’s hard to see quality brands at shops and I would’ve liked to buy one. Save your self the money for this terrible customer service."

"I use to come to this shop a lot months ago and ever since i stopped seeing my favorite employee the service has been extremely worse from the ones i see now. All I want is for employees to be more knowledgeable about their products or at least not be rude. Don’t think I’ll be shopping here anymore."

"terrible experience, they sold me a faulty pen that did not work, gave them a call and said it’s a given i had to try it out in the store and they cannot exchange it even thougH i tried it right after walking out! if you’re a business I’m trusting that your product will work and I don’t have to physically open the package in the store to test it out and if that was the case the customer should be made aware that they need to try it out before leaving to ensure the quality of the product. But no they let me walk out without making that known, sold me a faulty product and refused to give me a refund or an exchange. DONT BUY FROM HERE."
