"I have been a Kroger customer for a super long time. I have always purchase gift cards from Kroger but my most recent event turn out to be super disappointed. I purchased 2 gift cards from a Kroger store that did not work and since reported the issue to customer service thru' email as instructed on Dec 4 2023, it was never resolved. Each time I have to call the customer service again and again and was given the run around. At one point, they said they will refund to my credit card and then the next call was it was not approved by the escalation team. 2 weeks ago I was assured that it was being approved and process and even gave me names of the approver and the agent that answered my call. Today call resulted in total opposite. When they promise a call back from their manager, it never happened. Ask to speak to higher authority, I was denied each time. Trying to reach someone from co-operate but almost impossible. Very frustrated....I don't typically take this personally but this crossed the line."

"I shop on Mesquite at Kroger off Cartwright. This store is nasty and they has trash cans in the front of the store that they do not empty. What type of Manger walks by this and do not have it clean up. You need to knock it down and rebuild. It's old and outdated."

"If I buy fish nuggets on the 11/2/23 that say sell buy 11/5/23 take it out to cook on 11/12/23 one pack the other pack frozen and you tell me I can’t bring it back as it stinks….then you say it was good when you sold it… how you know…. I clearly will shop some where else because we buy food and freeze it not for 10 days later not to be able to eat it…, I’ll just shop at Albertsons or Thumb Thumb where the life of meat is longer….-1 2925 Custer Rd Plano, Tx 75075"

"My order that I placed online to be delivered was not delivered to me. After 4 long phone calls it was discovered that my "delayed" order was delivered to someone else. They would issue me credit that would take 7-10 business days to process but when I placed the order the money was taken from my account within minutes. They would not redo my order and deliver it. They told me i could pay again and redo my own order. i was also told if I did not want to pay again now I could wait the 7-10 days until my refund was processed. Meanwhile I still do not have the groceries I ordered in good faith and paid for at the time. I was told this was their policy and they could not reprocess my order to be delivered. Bad Service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"Went to Kroger on Bailey Boswell in Saginaw Texas, attempted to purchase beef steaks on May, 26,2023..I was devastated to see the different types of beef they were attempting to sale in the meat casing. I asked if there was a manager that I could speak with. I asked if I could talk with him in the beef section, I pointed out to him the green and brown meat with some torn packaging that was clearing for sale , he agreed that those packages should not be eaten, as they are rotten with brown and green colorations also expired he stated ,therefore contacted another employee to remove those packages from the meat casing , though the rotten meat was removed the bottom packages were not removed that the rotten meat was sitting upon of other packages. I felt the need to contact corporate . I spoke to Denise on May 27 2023 .. in re of rotten meat Possibly With a mouse/ rat droppings. Denise has taken my pertinent information including name, address, phone number and email, stated she’d send an email to the Kroger on Bailey Boswell with this information and complaint."
