"I have visited sprouts coppell on sandy lake road on 17Feb2024 for buying fruits & firewood. Firewood quality is good. I don’t find plums here. The person at cash register is Indian student and don’t know how to smile???? Not even know how to say hello??? Don’t keep these people at counters. Compare to other sprouts somehow it is lagging. Staff is not customer friendly.."

"Horrible !! Racist store the attitude is something uncalled for ! Susan was cashier and the attitude was unbelievable no customer service and I wonder if the normal clientele for the area would have gotten the same treatment. Also throwing my stuff like saying take it , sad! I really hope you’re not a manger at this store, because it really gives a bad impression."

"Was in Coppell yesterday and stopped by Sprouts to get a veggie sandwich at Deli. Service and sandwich was fantastic. While waiting for sandwich to be prepared, found all of my favorite grocery items on sale which made may visit even more special. The woman who checked me out had a nametag that said Bean. She was so friendly and helpful as well as the woman who offered to bag my groceries. So happy I stopped at Sprouts while in town. It was very easy to navigate the store and find everything I wanted, and on sale which was a great surprise. Excellent service! Oh how I wish we had Sprouts in Waxahachie..."

"Good selection of fresh produce, diary and meat. On my first visit, customer service is completely grumpy while billing my items, while during my second visit, I smiled at the person in the counter and they asked “how my day is “after half of my items are billed.. Customer service can improve. Also lot of things arranged in very small space and it’s difficult to move with your cart."
