"bad staff, they are so rude and the front desk lady is the worst one of them all, second thought everyone is! i wanted to pay my room early it was about 8 am and the rent is due at 11 am, the front lady said “ come back later i was asleep “ uhhh ? idc it’s ur job, don’t sleep in ur job, she also said “ why don’t you pay for a whole week instead of coming back everyday “ why are you asking me these questions, texas inn and this hotel are the worst"

"It was horrible the room was out of date it smelled gross there were stains on the furniture and on the walls. The water for the shower didn’t feel right the ceiling fan looked like it was gonna fall on me the refrigerator was stained on the inside the AC didn’t even work it was hot in the room it didn’t feel safe staying there the only good thing was the tv and the pool."

"Worst hotel ever. I personally work at a hotel and this hotel was beyond the worst. NO pool towels, gum on the desk, fridge has a spill of some sort in there.. I asked for extra towels, had to explain why I wanted extra towels, and explain how many people are in the room. I am a guest i should be able to just get extra towels with no question ask. There was not even a laundry bag inside the room.. NEVER AGAIN HIGH DON'T RECOMMEN"

"I needed to come to Alamo because my mom was in the hospital. This hotel was perfect for this kind of stay. I wasn't really here much except to sleep and shower. I even stayed a couple of nights at the hospital. The price was reasonable and the room was comfortable. However, the shower left a lot to be desired. Could have been cleaner (I don't have long black hair) and didn't work well. Also the complimentary breakfast virtually didn't exist. The staff was very nice and my stay was pleasant."
