"The apartments are not worth it. You pay so much for rent and the higher it every year but the apartments are literally falling apart inside it is over infested with roaches coming out of outlets, where the dishwasher and they don’t even fumigate right or even at all. They don’t bother to fix anything they take months even with having little Childs with disabilities in the apartment. They care more about outside appearance and are always snooping into people’s personal lives of who comes and goes and visits that is all they care about. They get unexperienced people to “fix” but they end up messing it up even more than it was, leaving it for months exposed even dangerous tools (with children living in apartment). Always complain about children playing outside like where else do you want them to play the playground is dangerous it’s falling apart. If you do decide to move in take pictures of everything they will blame you for everything even for things that you did not damage and will make you play."

"Do not recommend the office never answers the phone. They have the doors. Locked a lot during business hours. When you need something replace or fixed it takes well over a month to get something done. They give you the run around. You need to call the emergency line to even get call back. Yet they want to send you violation threats if there's trash on the floor near the trash cans."

"Beautiful apartments but very poor management. They take forever to fix anything broken in the apartments. They would rather try to repair old appliances than buy new ones for their residents. My 1 year old son was sweating everyday for about 3 months because the manager didn’t allow me to have an a/c while mine wasn’t working but they weren’t doing anything to fix it. These apartments are infested with cockroaches and they do not fumigate correctly, just one spray and they’re out the door. The gym is never open. When it rains, the apartments get flooded and the ceiling starts to leak. The manager Rosalinda does as she pleases and doesn’t care about the residents in the complex. She speaks very rudely all the time. She gives out paper violation notices through the door of false accusations with no proof, then doesn’t answer the phone or voicemails you leave her to discuss the accusation. She will tell you to move out and only give you 24 hours to move everything out of your apartment and find somewhere else to live. She doesn’t think of the damage she does to residents who are just trying to make a living. Also, this complex is a non smoking property but you will smell cigarette and marijuana every single day from neighbors."

"Very poor service do not confined in them with your son disability cause they will you it against you. They be little you always take a while to fix anything in the apartment. They have one lady in housing that uses her power against residents to humiliate them and I was a victim of defemmision of character."
