"Worst apartment complex ever!!! All the appliances are giving out, the apartment manager literally has favorites and does more for them!!! The plumbing is horrible and only gets fixed when the manager decided to put in the work order for them! I wouldn’t recommend these apartments to anyone!!"

Manager Karolina is an amazing person and everytime anything is needed in my unit, she is very helpful and addresses it in a timely manner. Anyone could make their apartment here look nice and feel cozy as i did. Very calm community. 100% Recommended."

"Management doesn’t care about their tenants at all. Our building is falling apart, the appliances don’t work and they will not replace them! Our fridge broke 11 days ago everything went bad and management doesn’t even want to answer our calls anymore. Once you do get in contact with them they are very rude and don’t seem interested in resolving any issues."
"Property management changed, the new property management aren’t helpful at all. They don’t notify of processing payment fees which went up from $3 to $10. You call to ask a question and they don’t have any answers. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. The apartments are literally falling apart. Unsafe living conditions. They don’t respect your contract. UPDATE** FRIDGE BROKE AND WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MAINTENANCE WORKS, MEANWHILE OUR GROCERIES CANT BE SALVAGED WE DONT HAVE A FRIDGE.! DO NOT RECOMMEND, PROPERTY MANAGER DOESNT HELP! *UPDATE** 11 days still no working fridge"
