Remembered as I got in my car about the years booster for parvo, he was locking the door, I asked if I could buy that and he opened up. Got the packages 4 plus the parvo shot. Ty, I appreciate it. "Worst customer service ever. If I could give zero stars I would. It was my first time visiting and the older man at the counter spoke to me in a condescending tone right from the beginning, mansplained and made me appear like I didn’t know what I was asking for and would cut me off mid conversation. He offered me a product that wasn’t what I was looking for then said the product I needed wasn’t in stock. Didn’t even tell me what it was called or what it was. I’m good faith I asked when he would possibly receive it he said he didn’t know and didn’t know how much it even cost (I asked because nothing has prices) as he continued with a condescending tone throughout. He offered me zero solutions, was rude to me in front of my kids. I will never visit again and will tell others how bad they treat customers. Left disappointed. I had high hopes for this place based on their reviews but don’t let the good reviews fool you this place needs that man out and someone else to manage it. I try to never leave negative reviews anywhere but this experience really made me feel unsettled, attacked and extremely disappointed . I have 10+ years of customer service skills under my belt. This man who looked like someone’s tio with a mullet and all was the epitome of extremely bad customer service. Never again."
