"Service First was excellent and has a new customer and advocate going forward. My furnace was not heating when we got home from an overnight trip. Called on a Friday after hours and they answered right away. We were fine for the night but was told if we needed him to come he would. Made appointment for next morning and they were right on time. It was cold and pouring rain! They started checking it out and we told them to come back in a few hours when the rain would be stopped. Came back, and got right to work. I was prepared to be told I needed a new unit(mine is old) and was SO surprised when I was told the only charge was a service call. Also, he saw something else but didn’t have the part with him so he is coming back to switch it out the next time he is out here. I love good honest people!!! Thank you!!"
