"The one star is because Jay was nice and seemed like a good salesman. Not even a hour into having my car the check engine light came on and I needed my transmission fixed. I don't blame them for the time it took to fix. But I asked "Is there anything else that looks bad under the hood?" And they said it was all good. A week later if not even my radiator and ac condenser broke. I didn't take it back cause clearly they missed something and a few days after that I had to replace my entire head gasket and they said the crack in it had clearly been there for a while! I called them and was talking about warranties and the lady told me they should have given me a sheet showing all previous repairs made to my car and I funnily enough wasn't given that sheet nor was it registered with car fax repairs. I was told the car had no issues when I bought it and there was no wayall thought should pop up within under a month with no previous issues. I took it to an actual repair shop who luckily actually showed me everything wrong with the car. Also the finance guy apparently doesn't sign all the parts on the paper that he has to those papers are there for a reason but ok."
