"I Brought My Car Here For A Tune Up And An Oil Change Got My Car Back With No Oil Change And It Backfired The Whole Way Home And My Air Wasn’t Working So I Took It Back They “Fixed” It That Night My Battery Light Is On And The Engine Is Knocking… I Take It Back To Them And They Say I Need An Alternator But My Car Didn’t Have Any Of These Problems Until After They Did Whatever They Did To The Car… I Suggest You Don’t Take Your Car To These People They Don’t Know What They’re Doing… I’ve Had This Car For About 5 Or 6 Years And It’s Never Been This Messed Up… I Paid Them $250 For Nothing… If I Could Put No Stars I Would"

"These guys set up an appointment for me to have my vehicle repaired. So, I brought it in. But they couldn't fix it for some reason and they had a good sounding excuse. So, I brought it back a second time when they said that they could fix it....but they couldn't. And I got another excuse. Ok, I reluctantly agree to bring it back yet again. Third time, yet another excuse why they can't carry out my repairs and this time I got mad. Since, apparently they are making SO much money that they don't need my business, they got mad back at me and told me to take my vehicle and go. They are not working on it anymore. As I left, I asked, "When did you ever do any real work on it in the first place? If you would like to do an interesting social experiment, just make Kevin mad and watch how quickly he resorts to his Latino machismo and loses control. But, as far as I'm concerned, if these guys had their act together in the first place, we wouldn't have these problems at all. Basically, they're just incompetent and, if you had a good experience with them, you just got lucky."
