"Richard met us at our campground within half an hour of our panic call. our 2006 Monaco had a couple of weird problems. we couldn’t get it shut off after a long day of driving. We also had a problem with our steps not retracting completely. He got both problems fixed in an hour. Crazy. it was done fast without any drama and for a very fair price. we can’t recommend Richard more highly."
