"Took my son in for a cat scratch to get antibiotics which they reported as an animal attack. The scratch required no stitches, nothing on their end other than prescribing antibiotics and putting a bandaid on it. Caused all kinds of issues with animal control. Had to call back the next day because prescription never made it to the pharmacy, which defeated the purpose of taking him to an after hours place since I didn’t get his antibiotics until end of the day next day. Would not recommend."

"I called and spoke with Bailey this morning to make sure they took my insurance and also see if they had scanning equipment, she was so pleasant to speak with and helpful. I than made my way to the ER location in Burleson and was greeted by far the best I have ever had in an ER. Than the RN, name Guy brought me back, and again had a pleasant attitude and listened very well. I than was brought back for a CT with Gayle and shortly after was seen by Dr. lekas. I have to say the care was . I highly recommend this place they got me in and out within an hour and 15 minutes which most of the time was waiting for the imaging but again I do highly recommend this place by far the best ER"
"They were great from the front desk till discharge. Guy my nurse was amazing and very transparent and taught me a few things. The Dr was great and personable. Will be returning if needed to this ER. Thank you for all y’all do"
