"My experience with Solis Mammography in Burleson has been a nightmare. My mother, her mother, niece and cousins had breast cancer. I’ve had lots of mammograms but due to severe costochondritis had not had one for 5 years. My doctor was concerned and referred me to Solis in Burleson because I was having specific problems and she thought Solis had newer facility with newer equipment. Medicare has always paid. Solis Burleson staff did not tell me they already knew Medicare was not going to pay. Not one word. Had they told me, I would not have had the procedure. I left Solis thinking all was paid because they didn’t ask me to pay for it then. SEVEN MONTHS after the procedure, Solis sent me the first statement; they’re billing me $649 because Medicare denied the claim and they’ve told Medicare that I had been told before. Since 6/8/23, I have spent countless hours and phone calls with Solis/Rose Imaging Billing Department, Medicare Claims and my doctor’s office. Medicare Claims said my medical/family history would qualify for the type mammogram I had but it needed to be resubmitted with “medical necessity” letter. Multiple people in Rose Imaging Billing Department told me all I needed was for my doctor to write a “medical necessity” letter and FAX to a specific number they gave me. Today I called to confirm the fax had been received. Was told “Unfortunately, so sorry, ma’am, that you were misinformed” -- by Rose representatives in 6 previous phone calls ?? She said the referring doctor had to send the correct coding to the Burleson facility where I got the mammogram. She repeatedly said, “So sorry, ma’am, you were misinformed.” Yeah, I’m sorry, for sure !!! And if anyone thinks I misunderstood what they said, I’ll be glad to furnish recordings and/or transcripts of the conversations for them to listen to."

"While this facility is lovely, and the service was swift and professional; the billing process leaves much to be desired. I was charged for a portion of my process which is clearly covered at 100% by my insurance provider. Almost 3 months later and I am still waiting for my refund..."

"The facility is very updated and inviting. It has a calming, “Spa-like” feel. Maria, the receptionist was courteous and accommodating. I arrived 45 minutes early and was still seen very quickly. I was so thankful that I wasn't made to wait until my actual scheduled time. The technician, Natalie,was friendly, quick, and competent. I could tell that she was very experienced. She didn’t have any problems getting the images that she needed in a quick and painless fashion."
