"The phone and entry staff are very friendly and helpful! Be prepared to wait a long time. They say to arrive 15 minutes prior to appointment, but could possible wait an hour or more for your actual scan. As long as you are prepared for a long wait, it is fine. But the early arrival instructions imply that your appointment time is an actual appointment. They have walk ins that add to the needs so don't plan to be in and out. I would have expected a CD of my scan since I was self pay, but asked and they said doctor did not order it, so no."

"Front desk girly was so passive aggressive. If they tell you there is no appointment necessary- make an appointment. Waited an hour 15 minutes WITH an appointment for a 2 minute image. Will definitely choose the other location next time when offered. The tech was great and friendly but i will avoid this place like the plague because of the front desk."
