"I'm not sure who the people dealt with who have left these 5* reviews. I can in no way leave a good review with the management experience I had. My husband and I have used L&P a few times in the past, but when I needed flooring last summer, the gentleman who we had always dealt with was not there. I purchased laminate flooring for my entire house. During the two weeks of installation (I was told it would take a couple of days when I asked at the time of purchase. That sounded ridiculous to me, and maybe it would be possible if he had sent more than 2 installers everyday). He also did not relay any of the details we had talked about to the installers. The man I dealt with was unprofessional, and sent me the final bill which could not be explained. I called twice about it and spoke to the same man, apparently he is the only one to speak to. He wouldn't answer my questions, just accused me of accusing him of cheating. I was not, just wanted to know exactly what I was paying for since the final bill was quite a bit over the first. Reluctantly, I paid the bill but called again, with still no answers. I wrote to the owners stating my concerns that I was the one who felt that she was cheated, and I have had no response. I have waited to write the review because I kept hoping that one of the owners would be in touch with me to answer my questions. I believe that the man I dealt with got the letter and it went no further. I have to believe after my experience that the management is just in for the money and care nothing about their customers. My only positive experience was with the gentleman who helped me on my first visit into the store, and the installers. They were very respectful of property, brought issues to my attention when they discovered them and offered solutions, were prompt every day and did a wonderful job with the installation. I have never given a bad review before, but this experience was so upsetting to me that I just could not let it go. It put a very bad ending to something that I had saved for and waited for, for a long time."
