"My daughter has been in here ( covenant) for 6 days, in those 6 days her room was not been cleaned once! The bathroom and room floors are disgusting! There is no toilet paper in the room at all. Her bedding was changed twice the whole time she has been in here. This is completely unacceptable! Thankfully she gets to go home today."

"This hospital is a complete joke, I worked here for a little over a year and completely hated my experience. Nurses are rude, not all but most, CNA’s have a serious attitude problem, not all but most again. Manager for my department was a joke, we deserved more respect than what we were given. And they refused to pay out my 401K match. I’ve seen how most of these employees work and I would hate to have myself or any of my family members stay at this hospital. Disgusting never clean, prices for food are ridiculous even their workers can barely afford to pay for it."

"My daughter is in college and freshly away from home. She injured her hand and went to the ER to make sure it was not broken. She arrived around 11:40pm. I work at an ER. I know that more important issues come first and she wasn’t in the grips of death. But she was scared and unsure of what to do. They initially took an ex ray quickly. Then she sat from then until 6am with no word about her condition. No one checked on her. She wasn’t even put in a room. At 6 she made the choice to leave and get results sent to her if it was broken. At 3:00 the next afternoon she was able to see results saying, thankfully, it was not broken. However, the paperwork was signed at 12:30 ish. Why she had to sit there for 5 more hours and then leave without being told results is inexcusable. Again, I work at an ER myself. Sometimes you have to stay for hours. But, we take care of our patients where I work. We communicate with them and a very young lady like that would have been cared for with compassion. It’s very frustrating."

"I went in for double pneumonia because Hobbs New Mexico diagnosed me wrong and ended up being put in the ICU because the pneumonia turned into water in my lungs and ended up being diagnosed with acute respiratory failure the staff there was so amazing. I know my nurse in the ICU was an amazing guy. All I asked of him was to get me home to my kids and guess what I'm home. I'm so grateful for these people who helped me. Hands down the best hospital by far!!!"

"I was disappointed with the majority of the staff, especially the ones in charge. It was a weekend, and I understand that there is a limited number of executive staff to handle the out process of a patient, but I don't think that they care about it, as long as they get their paycheck it's all fine. There were a few issues about my stay and release after surgery. Good thing my daughter is a 23-year nurse who called the main administration about my situation. I hope they can get better help and staff."
