"This clinic is one of the worst in Lubbock. Or at least whatever Doctor works on Saturday's. They prescribed the wrong medication to my daughter. A couple of days later She had to go see another Dr. Even the other Dr. questioned why they had prescribed that medication. Will never go there again and will let people know to definitely not go there even for a cold. Doesn't deserve the one star."

"The doctors and nurses here are usually nice but there have been a few times I’ve felt like they were trying to rush me out vs actually examine me. The front desk people on the other hand absolutely ruin the place. The attitudes given are very disrespectful, degraded, unwelcoming, rude, and beyond incompetent. This is the only place/covenant I have gone to that doesn’t acknowledge my insurance properly and always incorrectly charges me. If it wasn’t for the doctors and nurses there this place would honestly be 0 out of 5 stars. New management is a must if I were to ever return here or suggest them to anyone."

"The reason I’m giving two stars is because I actually had a pleasant experience with all of the staff and the wait time was only about 10 minutes. However, Dr. P was awful. I went in for mastitis. This is the fourth baby that I’ve nursed and I’ve had mastitis one other time so I knew without a doubt that what I was experiencing was mastitis. I had fever, chills, body aches, and a golf ball sized lump under my breast that was excruciating and wouldn’t go away despite efforts to nurse and pump. This doctor (a man) has the nerve to tell me that what I’m actually experiencing is just breast engorgement and that an antibiotic is unnecessary. He was so condescending and rude about it. I insisted on an antibiotic and then he tells me that “the 24 hour market street probably wouldn’t have my prescription ready until the next day because I came in on a weekend and what else would I expect” like it was my fault for getting sick on a Sunday. I told him I’d take my chances and lo and behold my prescription was ready in 30 minutes. Within hours of taking my first antibiotic dose, my fever broke and the pain in my breast started subsiding. If it weren’t for this doctor, I probably would have given a 5 star review because as I said, my experience with the other staff and the wait time was positive."

"We are waiting in a room as I type this, after waiting two (2) hours in the waiting room itself. They do not understand their own verbal wait times they tell customers (yes, customers. We are nothing but customers), we were told one (1) hour. Here we are going on the the three (3) hour mark and still no doctor. But all the waiting is normal - medical always sucks in this regards. With all that being said, the staff here were spot on and the doctor 100% seemed to actually care. Overall, great experience and will be our go to urgent care."
