"Customer service isn’t friendly. Had to change my dates website. Them explaining to me why they couldn’t give me a room after I had paid room a week before I reserved was rude. I visit Amarillo often but would recommend or go there ever again. They had available rooms but still didn’t help me."

"Mostly clean room. Cable tv, mini refrig, comfortable bed. Friendly staff, easy check in. Dirty behind toilet roll. New owners: This time was terrible. Prices are now $50.00 per night. Lights in bathroom are burned out. No vent in bathroom so mold is growing on ceiling. It takes over 20 minutes to get hot water in shower/tub. Behind toilet has not been cleaned in idk how long. There are no handicapped rooms. Im 5'7" at the water from shower head hit the middle of the back of my head. Tall people beware. The refrigerator froze my drinks and setting was only on 5 .They do not put liners in trash can. Only one can in room, none in bathroom. Do not expect service on Sunday. No bed change, no clean towels, no tp. You must call front desk if you need these things. No guests are permitted at rooms. If you have a guest they might evict you with no refund. I can see no overnight guests but otherwise this is unacceptable. Pool is permanently closed. Winter rates $55.00 per night."

"Honestly it's like this, you get what you get for only $46 a night. Do you save money here? yes. will you have great reliable service here? Depending on the person giving services mood. Do I recommend you be outside? No. Lock your cars up and keep your kids in about 9. Although the homeless people that frequent around here are mostly harmless, there are certain people that are on substances. From my experience just keep your head down go to your room and try not to make any friends around here. If you stay extended time even if you want to clean your own room they will try to force you to accept room service. So your best bet is just accept it because they will make a big deal out of it. For place that isn't responsible for anything missing or broken they sure do want strangers in your room. And that's always been my real reason for declining House services. And don't expect a friendly smile when you walk in just pay get your card and go to your room because this ain't no Hilton inn. It's a place for people that are low on funds & need a place to lay their heads down at night and even if you have to end up staying here for a week or more it is still more affordable than most choices. So as far as your pocket so it's a win but anything else... if you can bear to spend a little more money go somewhere else. I am grateful none the less I was able to find a temporary place."

"Don't waste your money. We stopped in the middle of the night for a few hours of sleep. We were met in the parking lot by a large stray dog that cornered my small dog and I until my friend could get it away. The room was beyond filthy. Dirty sheets, dirty carpet, dirty everything! We packed up and headed to the front desk for a refund. No refund after 30 minutes. It has been 32 minutes. I was accused of having a working engagement in those 30 minutes and zero refund was given. Very sketchy neighborhood, very unsafe environment altogether."
