"If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This place is a JOKE and so is the staff (minus a couple helpful ladies). Checked in Wednesday. I called around noon, and asked how early I could check in. Guy told me check around 1. So I actually came in person at 1, and a different guy told me they might have something in an hour-hour and half. I waited out in the parking lot because I was done with errands, and while my husband and I are sitting outside minding our own business, 2 random guests came out and began borderline harassing us. So here comes 3pm. Same guy tells me “oh, I don’t know if we have anything yet.” Sir, check in is 3pm. Get checked in, and go upstairs. The elevator carpet is filthy, the wall panels inside it shake as they aren’t secured down. (In 5 days the carpet/floor in the elevator had been clean MAYBE once) Get to my floor, the hallway is dirty. Hard to believe they were cleaning. Right outside my door was dirt and sunflower seed shells. In the room the floor didn’t look swept. Had 1 set of towels. No cookware or dinnerware at all despite there being a stove. No housekeeping like other hotels, not one time. Pretty sure they only cleaned the first floor hallways. There was random toilet paper in the stairwell, and it has now migrated to the hallway. There’s crumbs all in the hallway on this floor. Make sure IF you stay here more than one night, you ask about the “linen exchange program” which is an EXTRA $2 (I was told today, not when I checked in) otherwise you won’t get fresh towels if/when you ask for them. My shower doesn’t get hot because the temperature handle was installed crooked so it gets luke warm AT BEST. Oh. And if you have a problem after hours, DON’T expect anyone to help, despite there being a phone AND number AND a sign with instructions. I checked in on a Wednesday, it’s currently Sunday. OH and don’t expect there to be someone at the front desk even inside business hours/morning. The lack of communication is laughable. I genuinely was giving this establishment a chance seeing as it came on good recommendations from friends but never again. Lastly, if you’re a Choice Rewards member, you can’t use or earn points here. And that’s unfortunate seeing as I’m a Diamond member with choice. I will be sharing my experience with all the other people in my industry. Laundry- has machines, can use coins or the app. Scan the QR code on the machine first. App may not find location if you do it differently. Vending- snacks and drinks. Takes card, they’re expensive. No ice machine. Free Wi-Fi can be VERY hit and miss."

"Really cool staff, the Manager Bob took his time to actually help us get booked and into a room even though he was very busy and the place was booked up online. unlike other hotels that don't really care. Then the room was clean and it's great to have the kitchenette. Great place to stay"

"door had black tape on this door which is supposed to be guest only entry, earlier now it’s completely not functioning. Random cars sitting around the parking lot like they are camping right in the car with blankets covering the windows. Weird vibes"

"Stopped by since I was doing some work training in Amarillo. I’ve always stayed at Woodspring Suites and they are good! DREW assisted me on checking in his customer service was great! The rooms are clean and have a full kitchen to cook. Would definitely recommend this place, ask for Drew he’s the man!"
