"When I came in the room (127) looks good. Only thing I did see was that vent was not clean. So they cleaned it for me. Was ready to sleep as tomorrow I have a long trip. When I was laying on my bed it started to itch. Turned out there where ants in the room. At least that is what I think it is. See first picture. So I asked for other room and compensation for this, as I think that should not be needed. Staf is great. They help and solve it direct. Hope they check the rooms a little better. Now in room 101. And I like that. Thanks and good night."

"We did an engagement party in the ballroom. We also booked three rooms. The manager is the reason we chose Ashmore. We looked a 3 other hotels. Honestly Ashmore was the most expensive and not the nicest of all. But the manager was so professional, super nice, and very attentive. We liked him from the moment we spoke to him on the phone."
