"TV doesn't work right, phone won't call out to office, still waiting for breakfast to be ready ,room very dirty. Dry wall all over the hallway. No coffee. Plastic silver on floor. Bad oder in the room."

"This is one of the best hotels I have stayed. Great service at the front desk for our late night check-in. Large and clean rooms. Breakfast was typical but actually had some flavor to it and staff did great at keeping everything full."
"I used to stay here a lot before the pandemic. The hotel used to really nice. Now, not so much. Broken fixtures, improper bedding, torn up carpeting, and broken bathroom appointments. When brought all these problems to the management, they said they would reimburse my points used to book the room…..they lied. They didn’t do anything. There are other hotels in Amarillo. Stay at one of those."
