"Stayed here for a couple days each night the front desk had different rules for checkout and in one day I checked in at 6am and checked out the next day at 11am today after waiting on someone for 10min now if I check in at 6am I have to leave at 11am. Like someone's gonna pay that money for 4hrs in a room with cockroaches."
"Rooms bad roaches in them. Pillow cases had smudges. Didn't stay but still charged for the room. 2 separate rooms had roaches that's why we would take another room. 2 rooms had roaches. How many others had them. Told they would refund still got charged and never refunded."
"Room had roaches, was dirty and remote didn’t work. We left immediately asked for our money back but they could reach anyone to authorize. I would not recommend this place at any cost."
"If you put request down then please give the guest to the best of your abilities what they need. Especially handicapped rooms. We called front desk about TV not working and they did not fix until the 4th day and well we checked out 4th day. Having no TV during your stay is a no no! I'm not going to this hotel anymore. If your allergic to cockroaches then do not stay here."
"My husband and I only stayed for one night. But the front desk person was very nice, even at 230 in the morning. The room was perfect. My side of the bed was perfect. However, my husband did complain about his side being too soft. Overall it was a nice stop for the night. Thank you!"
