"This hotel runs well and is right off I-40. They were very swift in booking our stay over the phone. After letting him know we needed the room to sleep and rest during a roadtrip, Blake went above and beyond to accommodate us with a quiet room. Very impressed with the soap and body wash squeeze containers hanging in the bathroom. Linen and towels were clean and hair-free. There was fresh-ish coffee in the lobby when we checked out at 3am and plenty of creamer choices. We would absolutely visit this location again. :)"
"Stayed here passing through on a roadtrip. The room is clean and as expected. The lobby and kitchen area are clean and spacious + free breakfast. The workout area has a peloton and is good sized. Front desk service was GREAT- Blake is friendly and accommodating."
"First of all - Blake is delightful, truly a wonderful customer service representative. Super attentive from the moment i walked in with my service dog until the moment i went to my room for the night. i had to leave this review because people like Blake are so crucial to the mission and they make the experience special. If i needed anything, Blake was there to assist before i could even ask for help. This was my first time in Amarillo and my first time staying at a Tru hotel. The hotel was great, best breakfast of all the Hiltons that i stayed in that week. So clean, warm and cozy. There's also plenty of space around the property to entertain fur babies."
"The staff are amazing! Lacey went out of her way to help me with a pillow issue and remembers my name and room number all week. Blake took excellent care of me as well and was so friendly. The hotel is virtually brand new and very well maintained. The rooms are dorm style with a minimalist design. They are comfortable and well appointed though. The mod design of the entire property is fun and refreshing compared to other hotels. The only thing I would have liked was a microwave in the room, but I made do with the one in the lobby. Otherwise, not a single complaint!"
