"The first thing I want to say is the staff is extremely rude! The lady on the Night Shift came to work sick with a red runny nose, her cough syrup and cough drops sitting right there on the desk. The room was OK but the Jacuzzi tub in the room was absolutely disgusting. I went and bought my own coment and sponges to clean it. But before I got the chance to do that, somebody complained about my 7 pound service dog barking one time. When I went to talk to them about the barking, they told me that my dog wasn’t a service dog because service dogs didn’t bark. Well, that’s not true because a service dog is a dog and dogs do bark. We had booked that room for a week which was $644 and without asking our permission or saying anything about it they charge just another $250 and then I don’t even know what this was for another $93.55, so if you dare stay at this hotel and make sure you check your bank account every 10 minutes because who knows what your gonna be charging you for every time you turn around. And we are platinum members, but we will never stay at a Comfort and Suites again and steer far from staying at this location. They are absolutely horrible people. They told me and my bank. They would refund all of the money and it’s been a week and none of the money has been refunded. We travel for work and we are used to staying in hotels and we have never ever been treated the way they treated us at this particular location. Stay somewhere else!!!"

"To say I was disappointed was an understatement. When we walked in to the lobby at 4pm yesterday (Friday) I walked down to the end of the counter where a lady sat and said "Hello, were checking in", she said ok give me a second. Apparently we interrupted whatever she was watching on her tablet and she had to find a good spot to pause it. We got our key and went to our room to be greeted by a musty smell and a very well used room. Lots of dust, grungy toilet and some gross looking stuff stuck to the ceiling. We went straight to the pool and it was..less than clean. Grim built up on the bottom and sides. You could even see where people slid their feet. I was disgusted by the hot tub and just wanted to get out of there. The rest of our stay was ok but I can 100% say I will never stay here again."

"First time staying here.. The lady checking me in was nice and kind. I got a thank you gift for being a member. The room was clean and nice. The pool area was nice and clean. The hot tub wasn't as hot as I like but still nice. I liked that they put the receipt under my door so I could leave my keys in the room for checkout. Overall great stay and experience"

"The rooms were fine, beds we’re comfortable, everything was clean. Housekeeping were all friendly and respectful. Every single person I came in contact with at the front desk had an awful attitude though. They were all lazy, rude, they all seemed upset when I asked them for help even though it’s their job. They also all told me different things, none of them were on the same page with information that any front desk clerk should know. Would have been a better rating if the front desk attendants weren’t so awful"

"Everything was great, with the exception of the flies EVERYWHERE! They even made it up to the third floor. The receptionist explained that the flies were not a normal occurrence and that she put us on the third floor to hopefully limit the exposure. The beds were comfy and the room was spacious enough for our family of 4. The water pressure was good and even the breakfast had a variety of options. We would have enjoyed it more if the flies didn't join us!"
