"I had a horrible experience with Sherin recently. She was 45 minutes late for my appointment. This after I had called just an hour before my appointment time to confirm. On top of which, when she finally arrived, instead of being apologetic, she showed my "attitude". And please note that this was not even a free appointment - I was paying her for it. I was charged upfront as soon as I entered the office. During the consultation, instead of working only on my case and focusing on the conversation, she was busy reading and signing other documents not related to my case.
