"For 4 years PATS transit has given Seniors Senior rides to the post office as a necessity. Yesterday I was informed by Angel, the office manager at Pats Transit, that Seniors can only ride once a month to post office. I called Robin at the Paducah Senior Center and she said once a week or once a month okay for Senior ride to post office. I explained this to ANGEL, Angel said she would call Robin and verify this. Then Angel had Robin call me and say she and Angel decided that Seniors are no longer getting Senior rides to Post Office whatsoever! I would like to know after 4 years of senior rides to post office, Angel and Robin can decide to end senior rides?"
"Absolutely the most rude employees and horrendous service. Buses will pass you at stops, the drivers are mostly rude and care nothing about it's patrons. The buses have 2 spots on front for bikes and I rode my bike to meet the bus and at the station because the rack was full I was told I couldn't ride. I was on my way to work and came close to getting fired. Horrible horrible staff."
"We went on a trolley tour of the Dogwood Trail. Our driver was easily able to navigate through some tight turns. I wish the temperature on the trolley was more controlled as some heaters were on and it was hot; however, we opened the windows which helped."
