"The people we worked with were nice, so thats why the 2 star. But in terms of timeline, the amount of work they actually did for the move/office setup vs the amount they charged us for was almost nothing. We ended up paying about 8k for them to pick out paint color. We also looked up some of the services they were charging us for and got quotes from the companies they used, and FRI charged us a little over 3x what the company quoted us directly. So long story short, if budget is not an issue, they are nice and will likely get you what you want. But if you're a small business, be prepared to get gauged on pricing every step of the way"
