"Signed up for the Best Buy plus. Came in 4 times for an easy question and to free up some Storage. Set appointments and was told to come back for the proper people to be available to work on a Mac. After 10 hours of my life I left frustrated and no progress was made to address my issue. Absolutely terrible experience"

"This Best Buy is okay. It’s very new since it’s been remodeled. However normally Best Buy employees will swarm you when you need something. And the one time I actually need something, there’s no one around. I was looking at camera lenses and asked for help, I was told “the camera guy will be with you in five minutes.” Never came. So I left. I’m sure they’re probably just short staffed, but I dunno, maybe just have more than one camera guy? Overall, very nice, clean store. And a lot of their things are in stock."

"Thank goodness this Best buy is here cuz occasionally I'm in this area and need to pick up some solid state drives and computer components for my computer repair business and the customer service here and a new remodeling is nice and Spacey and much appreciate it! They even do keep the restrooms clean keep the area spotless customer service is always on top of making sure you're checked in and out quickly and find what you need very well-organized and knowledgeable staff! They also have convenient locker pick up so you can order online and they can just put into locker to pick up or bring it to your car :)"
