"Overall, my experience with Cabinet IQ was very good with only a few small hiccups and miscommunications along the way. I’m very pleased with the end product, especially with the look and function of the cabinets and I LOVE the counters. ( I upgraded and paid the additional money for quartzite). I love the look of these cabinets, which are mid-grade/semi custom. Our designer Linda was great to work with—so kind, patient and encouraging. Our installer Braxton went above and beyond on the installation, adding the small trim at top to fill a gap, correcting the size of the cutout for the double oven install, so many things…he really did an amazing job over several days and kept working on the little things I’d spot till I was satisfied. (I am super picky and care about tiny things). There were some delays with the cabinet delivery and a few things about demo and prep requirements got lost in the translation, but probably because we were our own general contractor. We handled all of our electrical, plumbing and demo work. If you choose to work with a general contractor for your remodel, you’ll likely be very pleased. They do deliver a very solid product."
