"Do NOT give your clothes here. This place is a scam. I dropped off nice clothing items here. Brands like Lululemon, Free People, Zara, etc. They told me my wait was going to be 2 1/2 hours. I waited and it ended up being 3 hours. I return and they tried to offer me $2.66. Truly horrible to waste someone’s time like that. They said that’s the price depending on the day. Excuse me? This place really should be shut down for giving an offer like that lol. They also claimed my items were damaged to pay me less when majority of my items were brand new or worn once. Picture attached. Give your items to Uptown Cheapskate instead."

"I took almost 200 items, including Uggs, Converse (15 pairs in perfect condition), Adidas, Nike, Under Armour, Dooney and Bourke, North Face jacket, Banana Republic, and other high-quality items. I waited 2 hours for them to let me know they were done, so I finally went back in. They offered me $263. All of my stuff was in much better shape than what I saw in the store. That was a slap in the face. And then they shoved all the nice jackets and just dry cleaned blazers and pants in a bag when I had them on hangers, so those are nice and wrinkled now. A total waste of my time, and I can't believe how greedy this store is. I didn't expect to get high dollar, but giving me $4 for a brand new crossbody Dooney is crazy. And a North Face puffy jacket....$4?? C'mon."

"Found out about this place due to tiktok and it was an absolute waste of time driving over there. Don't bother wasting your time bringing your items in here unless you're prepared for them to completely low ball you. My friend and I brought in brands ranging from Ann Taylor, J Crew & Coach just to be told they'd donate my items and give me 11 CENTS. They tried to give my friend $16 for 10 items and $8 for a coach bag. Just an absolute waste of time and gas."

"Oh this place is Special. High End Brand Names gently used. No bad smell in the Store like the other Used Clothing Stores. Cool Vibe. Well Organized. Great Music in the background. Staff is engaging. But the Product quality and Brands are amazing. You will pay for it. But, still Cheaper than New. Way Cheaper….. Go here. It is awesome….."
