"Front desk and restaurant staff not very friendly and even standoffish. Hotel decided to start carpet cleaning in front of my room at 9am after getting in just before 1 am. Perhaps start those noisy chores in the afternoon. Not when people are trying to sleep. Wouldn’t stay here personally. Was on a work trip."

"-Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable -shower got very hot and had nice shower pressure -AC/heat unit in the room worked very well We spent a week here and had such an amazing experience. Amazing hospitality, kind people, great location and good food. I honestly can't wait to return this summer to get a good view of the bats."
"Great guest service… as a globalist I was hand delivered gifts of local beef jerky and salsa by staff. What an amazing welcome! Food is tasty as well. We were upgraded to an amazing suite!"
