"Stayed here after booking a hotel in the downtown area which was a flop house. This was a pleasure,room was very clean and spacious, staff was friendly and efficient. Best past was no parking fees. Would stay again worth the money."

"I haven't used this Holiday inn Express before. I was surprised that the location was so convenient and the property was really well kept. The receptionist, Katia, was very efficient, helpful, friendly and welcoming."
"Decent hotel for the cost. It is a privately owned location, so they have some of their own policies, such as credit card authorization forms, which made my stay a bit of a pain. The room was satisfactory but do not expect a great view unless you enjoy looking at parking lots. The location is pretty easy to get in and out of if you have business in that area of Austin. The desk personnel were polite and helpful when asked. The free breakfast was pretty standard but was great for the price. My biggest issue was the cleanliness of some of the public areas such as hallways (major carpet stains) and ice machine areas (looked like a pile of dead bugs behind the machine)."
"Great customer service. One of the people in my party accidentally left luggage in the room and we were charged a half day rate for late checkout, but I called later and they reversed the charge for me. Very kind to this courtesy since it was an honest mistake."
